As an experienced third party, non-biased, home inspector looking out for your best interest, I work for you! It is my sole job to help remove some of the stress and anxiety of the home buying process by exposing potential defects, safety concerns, or major structural issues, prior to closing. You need to be aware of these issues while there is still time to handle them during your option period.
We feel that a home inspection helps the buyer make a more informed decision on the purchase of their new home. A Real Estate Property Inspection Report is a snapshot of the home on the day of the inspection and can help to reduce some of the risks involved with purchasing a home. Included in each report is a baseline measurement of your home’s foundation. It is obtained using a Technidea Pro-2000 Zip Level. This equipment is the industry standard for engineers, foundation companies, other professionals when measuring foundation elevations and can help find defects or foundation deflections that many other home inspectors may miss.
